Account Ownership

The "Account Owner" is the member who created the account .This person is in charge of the account, has access to it. The Account Owner should keep control of access to the Service and should not reveal the password connected to the account to anybody in order to keep control of the account and prevent anyone from accessing it. All accounts are meant for single-use only unless they have a specific multi-user authorization. The correctness of the information you give us about your account must be updated and maintained on a regular basis by you. To ensure the safety of both you and Accurest, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Customer Termination

Accurest reserves the right to immediately suspend performance or terminate this Agreement without notice and without liability in the event that: (a) Any Content that is necessary for Accurest to perform its obligations is suspended or terminated, (b) Member shares login credentials with other users, and/or (c) in the event of any conduct by Member which Accurest, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement. Accurest may discontinue any of our Services at any time. Only if we terminate your account without cause, will we refund you a pro-rated portion of any plan prepayment. If your account is terminated, we shall permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it from our Site. If you do not log in to your account for 3 or more months, we may treat your account as “inactive” and permanently delete the account and all the data associated with it. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving Notice to us in writing via email or submitting a support ticket.

How to Cancel Your Account

You can terminate your account in your account settings at any time during the first thirty (30) days or send an email to our customer service team at automation@accurest.co.

You must terminate your account directly from your account. To cancel your account and stop any further charges, log into your account, select "cancel account," and then submit the form.

Email cancellation requests and contact form requests might not be honoured.

Making it simple for you to cancel if you are unhappy is one of our objectives. If you decide to cancel, we don't want to hold you hostage because we value relationships. It's crucial that consumers cancel from within their accounts or send an email to automation@accurest.co

Indemnification

Member agrees to defend and indemnify Accurest, related parties and any of our officers and employees from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above or by third parties as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions or the documents made part of these terms and conditions by reference, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your use of our site.

Chances to this Terms of Use

Accurest reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site and the Services are offered and Member agrees to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of use of Accurest.
